Due to the nature of digital photography and digital replication and scanning, all sales are final. If the package is damaged in transit with the shipping company you may file a claim with the courier. Please submit any issues on dcactionphoto.com click on the contact menu and fill out the form.
- Go to dcactionphoto.com and click Contact at the top of the page. Fill in the form and type "replacement" in the subject line.
- Pack the item securely. Please include a copy of the original invoice which was emailed to you and the original packaging and accessories.
- You are responsible for return postage. The return must be received by dcactionphoto.com within 30 days of the replacement request in order to receive replacement.
- After we receive your item, our Returns Department will contact you in order to arrange the replacement or refund.
