Return Policy

Due to the nature of digital photography and digital replication and scanning, all sales are final. If the package is damaged in transit with the shipping company you may file a claim with the courier. Please submit any issues on dcactionphoto.com click on the contact menu and fill out the form.

  • Go to dcactionphoto.com and click Contact at the top of the page. Fill in the form and type "replacement" in the subject line.
  • Take digital photos of the damaged packaging as it was received from the courier. Email them to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.
  • Pack the item securely. Please include a copy of the original invoice which was emailed to you and the original packaging and accessories.
  • You are responsible for return postage. The return must be received by dcactionphoto.com within 30 days of the replacement request in order to receive replacement.
  • After we receive your item, our Returns Department will contact you in order to arrange the replacement or refund.
